Paid domain registration is not yet available. This policy describes the current website and the operating rules Honk is preparing for launch. Commercial terms, legal-entity details, launch markets, and any jurisdiction-specific notices will be finalized before checkout opens.

Who does what
Honk is the customer-facing reseller and management interface. Honk is not itself a registry operator or ICANN-accredited registrar. Registration services are planned to be delivered through WebNIC and its accredited registrar or registry relationships.
The registered-name holder remains responsible for the domain and must comply with the rules of the applicable TLD, registry, upstream registrar, ICANN consensus policies where applicable, and these Honk policies.
Registration requests
- A search result or cart does not reserve a domain.
- A request succeeds only after the upstream provider or registry accepts and confirms it.
- TLD eligibility, documentation, validation, premium pricing, and naming rules can affect a request.
- If a multi-domain order partially succeeds, each item will be recorded and handled separately.
Accurate registration data
You must provide complete, accurate, and current registration data and respond to verification requests within the required time. False, outdated, or unverifiable data can result in restriction, suspension, or cancellation under provider or registry rules.
Privacy or proxy services may limit public display, but they do not permit inaccurate underlying information or prevent lawful disclosure.
Renewal and expiry
Registration is for a fixed term. Renewal availability, grace periods, redemption, restoration fees, and deletion timing depend on the TLD and upstream provider. Notices assist you but do not transfer responsibility for keeping contact and payment details current.
The separate renewal and expiry policy will contain the final notice schedule and launch-specific auto-renew rules.
Transfers and locks
Transfers are governed by the applicable transfer policy, eligibility rules, authorization procedures, and security locks. Recent registration, recent transfer, disputes, verification, or security concerns may delay or prevent a transfer where policy permits.
Registry actions and disputes
A registry, upstream registrar, court, dispute provider, or competent authority may require a hold, lock, transfer, cancellation, or other action. Honk may also take proportionate action under the acceptable use and abuse policies where supported by evidence and within its authority.
Trademark disputes are generally handled through agreement, court proceedings, or an approved dispute-resolution provider—not by report volume or an ordinary support request.
